SalesPush processes only order data from your Amazon Seller Central account that you have authorized through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This includes:
- Order IDs
- Product names and ASIN/SKU
- Price information
- Order status
- Marketplace information
- Fulfillment channel (FBA/FBM)
- Order quantity and date
For push notifications, we store an anonymous device token (Apple APNs or Google FCM). This token is not personally identifiable and is associated only with your app session.
For user authentication, we collect and store:
- Your email address (used as login identifier)
- A hashed password (never stored in plain text)
- Amazon OAuth 2.0 refresh token (encrypted)
SalesPush does not collect, process, or store any personal data of Amazon customers/buyers. We do not process names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other PII of end consumers.
We process your data based on:
- Contract Performance: Processing your order data is necessary to provide you with the SalesPush service you have requested
- Legitimate Interest: We have a legitimate interest in operating and maintaining our service securely and reliably
- Consent: Your explicit authorization to access your Amazon SP-API data through our app
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Deliver real-time push notifications for new orders
- Display sales statistics and dashboard metrics in the app
- Provide order history search and filtering functionality
- Generate PDF order summaries (when requested)
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting records)
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, advertising, or any secondary purposes.
Location: Your order data is encrypted and stored on servers in the European Union (Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt region), ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS). Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.
Retention: Historical order data is retained for up to 12 months and automatically deleted. Refresh tokens and authentication data are retained as long as your account is active.
Access Control: Only SalesPush backend systems and authorized team members can access encrypted data. No third parties have access to your order data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with the following services that are essential to the app:
- Amazon Selling Partner API: We authenticate your identity and request your order data (you authorize this directly)
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): We send only your anonymous device token to deliver push notifications
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): When available, for Android push notifications (anonymous token only)
- Oracle Cloud: Cloud infrastructure provider for encrypted data storage in Frankfurt, EU
All third parties process data under strict data processing agreements (DPA) that comply with GDPR.
SalesPush operates within the EU and does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except as required by law.
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a portable format
- Right to Restrict Processing: You can request limitations on how we use your data
- Right to Object: You can object to certain types of processing

You can delete your SalesPush account at any time by:
- Contacting us via email at christian.knoefel@prochecked.info
- Using the account deletion function in the app (if available)
Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased within 30 days, including order history, device tokens, and authentication credentials. You can also revoke SalesPush's access to your Amazon account directly through Amazon Seller Central.
SalesPush is designed for business use by adult Amazon sellers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
The SalesPush mobile app does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party tracking services. Your app usage is not tracked or profiled.
The SalesPush website (salespush.netlify.app) uses minimal analytics to understand user engagement but does not use third-party trackers or cookies for advertising purposes.
SalesPush subscriptions (Pro Plan) are purchased and processed through:
- Apple App Store: Apple Inc. handles payment and billing. Your payment information is processed by Apple, not by SalesPush. See Apple's Privacy Policy: www.apple.com/privacy
- Google Play Store: Google Inc. handles payment and billing. Your payment information is processed by Google, not by SalesPush. See Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
SalesPush does not have access to your credit card or payment details.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users without undue delay (within 72 hours where required by law) and provide information about the breach, affected data, and remediation steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last modified. Your continued use of SalesPush constitutes acceptance of any changes.
