How do I connect SalesPush to my Amazon Seller Central?
In the app: Settings → Add Account → "Connect with Amazon". You'll be redirected to Amazon to grant SalesPush read-only access to your order data. Takes about 30 seconds. Pro/Pro Plus subscriptions can connect up to 20 seller accounts.
I'm not receiving push notifications — what should I do?
Please check: (1) Push permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → SalesPush is enabled, (2) in the app: Settings → Run Push Test. If pushes still don't arrive, send us an email with your account email and the date of the missing push. We'll investigate the delivery status.
What subscription tiers are available?
Pro: 1 Amazon account, 2 member logins (€5.99/mo or €49.99/yr)
Pro 1/2: 1 account, 2 members (€9.99/mo)
Pro Plus 5/3: 5 accounts, 3 members (€14.99/mo)
Pro Plus 10/5: 10 accounts, 5 members (€22.99/mo)

All subscriptions are auto-renewable and can be cancelled anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is done directly via your Apple ID: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SalesPush → Cancel Subscription. Existing billing periods run until expiration, after which no renewal occurs. No notice period required.
What data does SalesPush process?
Only your Amazon order data (order number, product, price, marketplace, ASIN/SKU) —
no personal buyer information. Details in our
Privacy Policy.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Your order data is stored encrypted on a server in the EU (Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt) and used only for push notifications and the app's statistics. No sales to ad networks or third parties.
Can I connect multiple Amazon accounts?
Yes, starting from the Pro Plus 5/3 tier you can connect up to 5 Amazon accounts. Pro Plus 20/20 allows up to 20 accounts. All orders appear in one dashboard, and each push notification shows which account received the order.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes. In the app under Settings → Manage Members. Members receive push notifications for selected accounts without needing access to Amazon Seller Central themselves. Number of members depends on your subscription tier (see "Subscription tiers" FAQ).
Demo mode for Apple reviewers and test accounts
On the login screen you can activate "Demo Mode". This shows a fully functional dashboard with sample data, without needing to connect an Amazon account. Apple App Review uses this mode by default.
